- We have a range of manual to CNC grinding equipment to meet most application needs including: Manual and CNC OD, ID, centerless, rotary, surface grinding and diamond polishing of surfaces.
- Specializing in small to medium size quantities in precision grinding of wear parts, draw dies, extrusion dies, punches, bushings, cold header dies, end form tooling and gates and seats.
- Size ranges of parts up to 10" OD and down to .125 ID with tolerances as tight as +-.0002.
- We are ISO compliant (9001:2015 certified) and track from raw material to finished part and provides a detailed inspection sheet with each delivery. To ensure quality we conduct multiple inspections throughout the grinding process with a final inspection department check.
